I started it at 173. I think I have a lot to lose. I'm almost done and have hardly lost any weight :/ But I have lost a lot of inches. I think it would be beneficial for you. Just keep in mind it is VERY intense!

It depends. I almost ALWAYS drink water everywhere I go. But I have occasional glasses of wine or coffee. Never soda. It's just not worth it IMO.

I am a week and a half away from finishing Insanity and I've been running also. The first month I only ran once or twice. Now that it's so nice out, I'm going a little more. I do Insanity early in the mornings and if I feel up to it, I'll go for a run later here and there.

I have a hard time with this a lot! When I go out with friends who eat crappy they act like I have 3 heads when I only get water, ask for no butter ect. I mostly have a hard time at big get togethers where there is just a lot around me. I don't resist it easily lol

Great work!! This is motivating. I am on week 7 and havent lost much so I'm really hoping for good before/after differences.

I'm on day five of week 6. After the first month I lost 6 lbs and went from a size 10/12 to a size 8. I forgot to take mid pics :/ But I'll take some when I'm done. I had good change in the first month but I can totally see how you get the most results in month two! It's butt kicking!

You can't really spot reduce but you could do some extra ab work to tone the area and I notice a difference in my belly fat if I keep away from white breads and even limiting pastas/whole grains.
