Everyone just carries their weight differently. I am similar. I am 5"3.5' and weigh 165. I wear a size 8. I have a few 6's too. :)

I hardly ever delete people. I've deleted a couple just for the constant nonsense, foul posts over and over. Nothing fitness related but I don't see a need to delete people otherwise.

THIS is what I plan to do this Summer. Last Summer I was in better shape than now. I'm trying to get back to that point. I was running 3-4 days a week and I did Jari Love videos (weight training) the other days. 1-2 days off.

I have the Polar FT4 and LOVE it! It's been great for me! Simple and easy to use. I DID have a Timex Ironman Triathlon (something like that lol) and it was good but omg SO complicated! It always took me forever just to set it up so I got this one. So glad I did!

Yes, make sure you get 1-2 rest days. They ARE necessary. I just take one rest day a week. I have a really hard time taking them sometimes because I worry about getting off track so there are weeks I don't take one at all but I am trying to just plan Sunday's as rest days unless something comes up in the week where I can't…

Yes, when I didn't count them, I was doing WW. It worked very well for me!

I believe this. I use to never count fruits and veggies. They were freebies. I had no problem losing weight. I am counting them now though. It's easier now that I don't write it all on paper. lol

You can do other things you enjoy more. I really enjoy running. It's a break for me. But if I hated it I'd be hiking or riding my bike or something like that. Find something you enjoy or you won't be able to stick to it. You could try signing up for a 5k too. Maybe training for something would be more exciting.

Wow I honestly didn't know people were so weird about logging every vegetable. (not saying that's a bad thing!) I just had no idea. If the only thing I ate all day was fruits and veggies, I wouldn't even worry about logging.
