Anyone not from NY doesn't realize just how incredible Doughnut Plant NYC is. It's sex in your mouth. I just make it an every once in awhile thing. That's all it is, willpower. I enjoy looking better than I do the 5 minutes of enjoyment I get eating those doughnuts each time.

Everything. Heavy brew beers, whiskey, wine, cordials, vodka, tequila, scotch. Everything I like. I fit the calories in. Drinking and good times to me is worth the extra workouts and lack of snack here or there.

Absolutely love it. As an Eagle Scout and someone really into survival methods and experiences, I've always said this is EXACTLY how it needs to be tested. All the "reality show" "survival" shows are such a complete joke. THIS is true survival.

Pale IS where it's at. Light skin is gorgeous. People spending hours under tanning lamps or laying out for hours upon hours every day with no real sunscreen WILL look like leather handbags by 35 if not sooner. Protected skin will stay healthy and youthful for decades past that.

Pssssht to everyone staying to quit drinking. If you bang a few rails of blow at the end of the night right before you leave the club or the show or the party, you won't even be hungry and can go straight to bed when you get home. Problem solved!
