Have this problem too on my right hip area ( Snapping Hip Syndrome ) when i do any Leg raises etc can get bloody annoying and can get abit unconfortable after training!

just quick question can use my heart rate monitor to measure the calories burned during lifting weights. Will this work, or only for cardio?
