Is this meal plan ok for me?

hello all,

I work in heavy construction job 8 to 5,i need a good source of food plan? my body plan is mainly bulking and lean definition.
I workout 3 to 4 times week and weekend i do 8 to 14 mile jog. plus doing Tough Mudder UK soon.

Meal 1 breakfast 7am
omega 3
multivitamin
Protein shake whey 1 scoop
Oatmeal 1/2 .1/2water,1/2milk and little bit of jam
Peanut butter 2 Tbsp

Meal 2 brunch 10am
Peanut butter 2 slices sandwich or 1/2 chicken and Broccoli
Fruit juice
Banana or apple

Meal 3 1pm
1 chicken fillet and Broccoli or 1/2 chicken?

Meal 4 4pm
Handful of Almonds

gym at 530pm

Meal 5 -Back home about 630pm
Protein shake
what ever dinner on the table.

Quick question how you prepare your broccoli (frozen) night before all in the morning?

Any change will be great.
