I also *heart* peanut butter. I have switched it to a *desert* in my head so I can still enjoy it, but only on special occasions. When I need a quick and easy snack, I eat "sweet and salty" almond chewy granola bars. They have the nutty & sweet flavor without all the fat. Good luck!

This used to happen to me... not sure where the bruises are on your legs, but the bruises for me were caused by mini-muscle tears ( I used to do a lot of cross-country skiing type exercise & would get ugly bruises on calves).
