Is anyone else in this category.? I am almost 60. I lost 60 lbs in 2002 and have kept it off. I had an injury last year to my foot and put on 10 lbs.. I am back on WW's and only lose less than a pound a week. I work out 5 days a week but cannot do any IMPACT cardio until my foot heels.. Help..... I am soo discouraged...

I SO feel your pain! Although I'm only 40 years old, I'm prematurely menopausal, have been for several years now. It IS very frustrating!! I feel like it takes SO MUCH to get a very small return on my diet and exercise regimen. I just remind myself-- this is a very worthwhile journey-- so let's hunker down and keep fighting! I won't give up if you won't give up...

Im 42 and very much the same way...I feel like all I have to do is nibble on a piece of bread and I gain 10lbs! I can work out like a mad woman for months and watch what I eat and drop a pound or two if Im lucky. Getting older sucks.0
