I've heard that every pound you lose takes 4 lbs (I think) of pressure off your knees...so adding it on by way of vest might do the same in reverse and add pressure to your joints. Watched everything I ate with the first and gained 32 lbs and had a 7.7 lb baby Didn't watch what I ate with the second and gained 35 lbs and had a 6.5 lb baby Nursed and lost all the weight within 3 months

I was still eating like I was nursing with the first had trouble. With the second, I was aware of it so I adjusted my intake.
