I have lost. So it's all good this week.
-
If you put your mind to it, and work HARD at it...Sure, it's possible. But, be careful. I'm aiming to lose 60-80 by May.

I don't! It defeats the purpose of working and burning up the calories. If you're maintaining your goal weight..then maybe. But not me.

When you truly love someone....you don't care. It's all cosmetic, it can be removed. It's not all about looks, my dear. :smokin:

Welcome. You made to first step of wanting to make your goal! Congrats! :flowerforyou:

I'm just happy that my husband supports me, verbally and physically. I'm happy with that. But any support at all..is always good. Good luck to you~

I'd rather get my endurance up first, then speed.

Hang upside down or head stand. Not only you get "perkier boobs", you get a head rush all at the same time!
-
You can do this!

On my "cheat day"...Margarita! :drinker:  On my "Best Behavior Day"...Ice water with lemon. :grumble:

I'm 5'2" and my goal is to lose 80 lbs in 4 months. My goal is to become better at running and be more athletic. I am focusing on pushing myself and burn calories and to not eat back the calories that I burn.

I was in the same boat as you are. What I had done with my son who was totally interested in dirt bikes, if it was a fraction problem, I used his dirt bike for example as if we were building a bike together, and what the fraction would be, if we had 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4 of it put together...etc. They will not learn if they are…

Diary is closed....

Take small steps. 10 minutes of walking and gradually add more minutes to your walk. Climb stairs, join a fitness program..etc. Drink lots of H2O. If you want to do this...you need to push YOURSELF. Nobody can do it for you. The hardest step is taking that first step. So, get out there and push yourself!

To me, I think MFP is based on a certain weight to get the calories burned. Because I burn more than what is listed as. I have 2 HRM, One is the Polar FT7 and the other one is my Motorola , which I like, cuz' it plays music (which I download my favs of music from the computer), radio and it takes incoming calls. Has a GPS.…

Welcome to MFP! The first step is always the hardest. You'll get back into again..

I bought my NordicTrack Elliptical machine 3 years ago from Play it Again Sports; and love it! I tried other brands that have a smaller wheel than mine, and don't care for it one bit; it hurts my knees. But the elliptical is the best machine out there-I think. My endurance is great, I have lost weight and burn more…

Last week was much better than this week, losing weight and eating choice wise. But, still aiming for my goal!

Ok, I must try the buns and carnitas. YUM!

You look fantastic! Great job!

I have 50 + to lose. :-) You can do this!

I'm 5'2" and my calorie intake is 1000. I am not "starving". Everyone's body is different, and I struggle with hypothyroid. Sooo....1,000 calories works best for me...and I STILL feel energetic and not hungry. I do not eat my burned calories either.

I'm a beginner runner. I've been starting slow and slowly gain more speed. I wouldn't recommend going full force, in case of injury as you already know. Don't push yourself too hard. You'll get there. Stretch afterwards if it helps. Good luck to you!

Sorry no pictures. My bike is currently in Northern Wisconsin. I reside in Virginia now and just haven't had any time to actually drive up there to go get it. Looking to sell it, and get a BMW R 1200 GS Adventure. Hubby has a Yamaha Virago that sits in the yard. The bike I have in Wisconsin is a 2001 Suzuki Katana 500. I…
