I did a pleatu when I was not eating enough calories as well. Also cheating here and there helps boost your body and helps you loose more. These have seemed to help me. Also changing my exercise routine and not always doing the same thing. Your body needs change so it gets mixed up.

For me it was eating protein, and good calories, not sugary or processed foods. Always eating breakfast. I had to add the weights so I would not get the access skin. I am one lb away from 100 lbs gone. I feel so good and I can't believe I carried that weight for so many years. It is a lot of work but it is not hard to do,…
