Agreed. Tried that flavor along with the toasted coconut and carrot cake. All watery. Toppings add nice crunch. Def not worth the cals.

I tried the chocolate tonight - LOVE! The birthday cake and chocolate are tied for first place. Lol. I also tried the s'mores. It was just okay. Not sure if I would purchase again. This is SO good and filling! It's not new. I bought it last summer - forgot it was in the freezer, found it and ate it tonight. 160cals for the cup. Great sesame / ginger flavor. Sweet potatoes are cooked perfectly!

Yes - they're in a steamable bag. Microwave 5-7 mins only. It usually takes me ~20+ mins to heat oven and peel, chop, slice etc and then cook. It's a nice alternative but will never compare to freshly roasted veggies.

I tried all 3 last night. The quinoa blend was flavorful. Nice balance with tomatoes + feta. 170 cals/serving (2 servings in pic). Not worth the cals IMO. The brussels were charred. This flavor wasn't watery but definitely not as thick as 'traditional' greek yogurt.

I bought all 3 but have only tried the caramel, pecan flavor. Not bad. The pecan/praline pieces taste a little like freeze dried ice-cream. The cookie part tastes a little like espresso. 100 cals but didn't keep me full like I expected a greek yogurt, too.

Make sure goals are tangible and write down how you're going to meet those goals. Ex: exercise more is vague. Try: walk 30 mins x3 days/week, etc. KISS = use this method. Keep it simple. Are you able to email the physician? In my area, we have a charting system available. We have access to all of our medical records, labwork, etc. We also have access to email our providers with non-urgent questions. I've used this several times (for myself and kids) and they respond fairly quickly. I'm not sure what region…

Kind of. My favorite chips (Utz, Smokin' Sweet BBQ kettle chips) - I used to eat them every night. Now, most of the time, I don't even think about putting them into the grocery cart. I'd rather use those cals for something else...usually wine. :wink:
