I'm was 129 on weigh in day! That's a loss of 4 pounds in one week. I didn't do any crazy dieting so my body must be doing something weird. I may have been bloated last week and dehydrated this week or something of that nature. I did change my calorie goal from 2,000 to 1700. 4 pounds to prepregnancy! 9 pounds to goal!

Nice job! I keep procrastinating and not exercising. I also eat way too much in the evening. :/ I need to get motivated to change.

I'm 132 today which is one pound less than last week (yay!) but one pound more than two weeks ago (boo!). I've got 7 pounds to prepregnancy and 12 pounds to my goal of 120.

I've seen recommendations that breastfeeding women consume 2,000 - 2,500 calories per day (net). I've noticed that 2,250 seems to be the magic number for me. I have a good supply and slowly lose weight.

Yup. It wasn't good. I gained 2 pounds this week.... I'm back up to 133. At least I'm going to do super awesome this week! Thanks for keeping me accountable, ladies!

I've averaged 2500 calories a day this week (without subtracting for breastfeeding). I'm a little afraid to weigh. ???? I will do my best to weigh first thing in the morning and I'll report in. *crossing my fingers*

Aw! Sweet baby girl. :) It's so amazing to see these babies becoming more social and learning new skills, but I just want him to stay tiny while still being healthy. BTW, my weigh in should have said 154 at birth.

Yeah, if I have a big breakfast I ALWAYS eat big the rest of the day. My will power decreases as the day goes on. I do make sure my breakfast has protein, fiber, and carbs...and maybe a little caffeine. ;)

This is a great challenge! I don't measure my water, but I can always tell if I'm hydrated or if I need to drink more water (hint: restroom). I keep a half gallon of water by my bed and a half gallon of water in the living room where I breastfeed.

Good advice! I try to space out my calories so I can have a big dinner. 7 am - noon: 25% of my calories. Noon - 5 pm: 25% of my calories. 5 pm - 10 pm: 50% of my calories.
