I do-then I am motivated the rest of the week!! Usually Sat. or Sun..It works for me, but may not work for all. I guess I am not as worried about it being unhealthy, better than 7 unhealthy days!!:)

Most in the morning-about 5am-6am. I may walk a mile or so after ork. Too tired after work usually!!

Good for you!! I should have started when my extra was 15 instead of 25 or 30.........I have kept it off 7 years. Gets harder with age, metabolism seems to slow down. I have been teaching 33 years-seem to eat less when I am busy at school.:)

I use it some. I did use it a lot several years ago when I lost about 25 pounds. Many people say there is too much sugar and other additives. I am not into all that info., I liked the taste and it helped me stay in my calorie ranges. Good luck!

I bought some today-I prefer the pudding ones but my daughter likes the mousse. On sale for $2 and had a coupon from Sunday's paper!!:)

I like them, but my favorite are chocolate!!! Publix just had them BOGO. I also buy the mixes and bake my own.

Yum! I use fresh mozzarella(softer) and more basil. It is tasty!
