I did my usual Friday cheat but I logged it, wasn't as bad as I thought. Going to really try and stay on task this weekend and log!

I took 2 wks off, but even before my sporadic journaling it has been doing this. UGH. I am definitely recommitting! My husband said to me today "Can;t you stay this size, it's prefect!" He means it and is so sweet, but I want to lose a bit more.

WORD!

I usually take Fri/Sat off. Let's do it!
-
Thanks!! I think the burn out is a big one for me.

Hey everyone! I'm Sarah. I have lost just about 60lbs, August 2nd will make 1 yr of my journey. I have been stuck at my current weight since JANUARY! I recently started using a personal trainer and I am finally seeing the scale move a little bit. I have about 30ish more lbs to lose. I run and lift. I work out consistently.…
-
I should of added, I have a personal trainer now. Started about 3wks ago and I feel recommitted. I have a goal in my mind and I think I am on my way. I also need to be patient and realize things are slowing down.
-
I am SO there with you too! I have about 30lbs to go as well. I have maintained by weight for about 5 months, but I want to get losing again.
-
Yeah you can definitely find some great Podcasts for your iPod! I ended up using one instead of the app. They are set to music and tell you when to walk/run.
-
Ouch! Hope you recovery well.

I agree start very slow! And I don't go for speed, I run a 5K in 39 mins. Makes no difference to me what my time is. Running ain't for sissies and injury risk runs high for many reasons.
-
I thought I was in shape enough to run back in January. I had been working out with cardio for months. Um, I was wrong. So very wrong! BUT I followed C25K and now I run 3 miles about 4x a week. Running is the hardest thing I have ever done, but it has also been the most rewarding for me. Good luck!

Lifter!

Thanks. :) I do weigh and measure everything. I am thinking about getting a HRM.
-
My 20% is actually about 2000 cals.
-
It varies between 350-500 per MFP. I don't wear a HRM so I don't know 100%.

I was thinking of lowering a bit too!
-
And those of you who EMWL, do you watch carbs? fats? Or do you strictly watch your calories. This is a struggle for me. I don't know if I should lower my carbs? my fat? Or just focus on picking healthy foods and calories.

I will be honest, eating 1700 is hard some days. Like eating enought is hard, so I can't even think of like 2000. LOL I did just measure and have lost 2" on my waist, that is lovely. A little about me. I started this journey at 255lbs. YIKES! I was on WW so I don't know what my calories were at. I hit a month long plateau…
-
I'm up yet again. I don't know. :( Maybe my cals are too high. This is disheartening.
-
Oh neat! lol I am 32, almost 33, nice job! I'll take 30 though!!
-
@0xbalthamosx0 22?
-
I know, I know!!!
-
Thanks!
-
So yes I am up about 5lbs total now. I mean how accurate are these TDEE numbers ya know? It's scary to know if I am doing the right thing.
-
That is seriously the sweetest thing ever. I have a wonderful husband too.

Thanks everyone. I have come so far and from everything I have read this is the way to go, but it's hard mentally for me. I went to the gym and ran 2 miles, it's good for the soul!
