Anyone else losing/regaining?
Since January I have been losing 1, 2, 3, 4 lbs and regaining it. I was on track losing the last couple weeks and this morning boom another gain. It is very frustrating for me. I can't believe I haven't thrown in the towel yet. LOL

So who's upped their calories to lose?
It's a scary thing! lol I was eating around 1250 per day and working out pretty intensely 5-6x a week. Hit a stall and after much research and speaking with experts I am slowly upping my cals to top off at 1800 per day. I still work out 5-6x a day, cardio and weights. I'd love to hear success stories!

Stuck at the same (little higher) weight since January!
What should I do? I have upped my cals to 1800 using TDEE and BMR formula. I try to eat close to that everyday, sometimes hitting around 1700. I watch my carbs (usually at 80-100), watch my sugar (try to stay around 30ish go over sometimes), and eat high protein. I work out about 5-6x a week usually do about 20 mins cardio…

So yeah I gained......
I know, I know, this is to be expected. Last week I upped and had a almost 4lbs loss, so I think I was a little surprised to see a 2lb gain this morning. I did my final calorie up this week. This is scary and I am sticking with it, but I would love to have a little reassurance. A little info. I was eating 1250-1350 per…

If you've lost 80-100lbs - Weight loss slow down?
When did your weight loss start slow down? I mean like .5-1lb a week or stay the same for a couple weeks, then lose? Just curious. I have lost close to 60 and my weight loss has seemed to really slow, but I have also added in weights so I know that I am likely gaining muscle too.

If you're 5'6 and have never been a healthy weight
what is your goal weight? I have never been thin, well maybe when I was like 6 I was. I thought my goal would be like 165, but apparently that isn't a healthy weight for me. lol Curious to know what your goal weight is if you are 5'6?

Ever put the scale away for awhile?
This will be hard. lol I had my husband take my scale for 1 month! I was letting it determine too much for me when I know I am doing great. Friday will only be 1 week and I am already a little upset about not having it. Anyone else ever do this?

Can I share my 57lbs gone pic?
Thanks! Before Now

So who's switched from Weight Watchers to MFP?
I have hit a little stall in my weight loss, but had nice success with WW. I decided to give MFP a try and I really like the layout and plan so far. Anyone else switch from WW? How has it gone for you?

Switching from WW! Excited
Hey everyone! I am really excited to try MFP! I have lost about 52lbs with Weight Watchers and seem to have hit a little stall. Looking forward to tracking this way. Also does anyone know how to change your ticker? I changed it to my starting weight, but it keeps going back to 0 lbs lost.
