How do I make the image show up in the post? Even the IMG code from photobucket didn't work.

BTW I weigh more in the second photo, but Ive lost 13 cm from my waist (at least, as before measurements can only find from 3 months ago) so ignore the scales if your measurements are going down.

I am paleo/primal, and don't track often but when I do its 60% fat/30 protein/10% carbs. This works best for me, I feel the best, and lose slowly (not in a rush). All my health issues disappeared, which is what I care about the most.

Hi all, I am here reading, but don't always post much. I am up to the 3 sets of 10 rep, I did workout A yesterday. I am not new to lifting, and getting a little bored with this stage, and how long it is. I am so tempted to move on. Did anyone else do this?

It sure is ridiculous what is in stuff. Even cream, I have been buying just double cream, but all the pouring creams I can find have thickeners, its crazy, how bout just put cream in a bottle :/
