Nope not a trick. It is easy, if you are eating enough and good food and generally sticking within the macros, plus a little exercise, it really is that easy.

5 am I get up and go. If I don't it means I miss out, as I have to work around my husband going to work since we have 2 young children. And I hate going at dinner time, as I feel guilty for not eating with my family. It didn't take long to get used to.

i too would love to see some pics. My belly is huge while the rest is shrinking. I know it will catch up eventually though. WOW to Chris, amazing change. Goodluck with the strength training, its awesome for building muscle :D

Salmon does have a bit of fat compared to chicken actually, but fat that you need.

I think if you are feeling that close to the edge, maybe call someone or go to the hospital? You might need more help sooner rather than later. I understand the bingeing, ive been there, but not the purging. I hope you can get help soon.

I love mine too. I wore them for a while, yes they took a bit to get used to, then went back to "normal" shoes, no idea why :( then got shin splints, so I am back to my vibrams now, stupid normal shoes. Yep I factor in the bar, ours weigh 20 kg. I used this bar alone for my shoulder presses yesterday.

Way to go that is awesome! I too did this last year, and I have done a half marathon since, not fast, but I did it :D I love running too, although not doing it as much currently since I have different goals at the moment. But next year ill train for that same half marathon, and do much better :D

I too am doing NROLFW, I am into my second week. I deadlifted 50 kg yesterday for a set of 15 (110 lbs) and shoulder pressed 20 kg. 3 times a week. I am loving it! I am eating around 2000 cal a day, and I am losing (well it seems I have in my first week anyway) It really is true you need to eat more to lose :D

Yes exercise can help you lose weight, but its not the only reason. What about general health? I exercise because now I love it, and soon it will be my career.

I wouldn't think your calorie goal is high enough. Plus you seem to be eating ALOT of processed food, id try and eat a bit cleaner than you are. Have fun! Running outside is so much better than on a treadmill :) You might find it harder at first, I know I did, after 6 weeks of C25K inside, then carried on outside.

180 during an RPM class, but I am quite fit. I never had a HRM when I was really unfit, so id imagine it would have gone higher then, and not gone down very fast. Now it comes down really fast too.

Me on Friday, and I promised myself I wouldn't fat by then, but I still am :( Ive made progress, but I should have been well and truly at goal now. Its taken me 17 months to lose 14 kg (ive gained a bit and lost it a few times during this time)
