i have one cheat day a week, i eat at a deficit on all the rest of the days so that when i go over on cheat day it balances out and i don't gain weight

chocolate-dipped coconut Luna bar half an Orowheat sandwich thin roll toasted, with some I.M. Healthy chocolate soynut butter spread on top, topped with a sliced up strawberry Fiber One 80 calorie chocolate cereal with some almond milk Plain greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey and fresh blueberries just some ideas :)

as long as you don't go to bed for a while after, you're body functions more slowly while asleep (including digestion), especially if you lay on your side . I wouldn't worry too much though because fruit is nutritious and also relatively low calorie, not the same as eating a steak dinner :)

yes, i don't like exercise much so instead of working out hard and eating more, i simply eat less :) its easier for me

I have that problem too, its so hard! and the only place i have left to loose is right under the belly button! just try to stay under your carb count every day by planning out all your meals the day before. if you see that what you planned goes over your carb count then switch one of the bread/pasta/rice items for…

i don't know about for weight loss but since i've started drinking 8 cups a day and more, my hair, nails, and skin have made radical change for the better! plus it helps you feel full longer

i enjoy working out ONLY if its at the gym, i hate doing work out videos at home. unfortunately i don't have a car so i don't often get to go to the gym. so i just eat at a deficit and it works fine for me

eat when you're hungry, if you're not hungry don't eat. if you do this and still don't meet your calorie goal don't sweat it, just make sure you aren't lying to yourself about whether or not you're hungry
