I too am not a morning person! Can't see myself getting up at 5:00am to get my workout in before getting ready for work. I did enough of that when I was in the Army. I get up a little earlier since I have been doing this MFP thing so I can get my lunch ready. I try to do my workout as soon as I get home from work.

Unless you are willing to spend a lot of money for a high end dial type scale, go digital. It will be more accurate than the dial, and as said in the other posts, solid flat ground is best!

I do one "official" weigh in a week. I do it on Monday mornings which kind of makes me not pig out on the weekends. I do a lot of Wii Fit Plus, so it weighs me everyday, but I usually don't look at the weight part. I can tell by the graph and my BMI if I've gone down.

Don't eat them if you are a fat *kitten* like my trying to lose weight, if you are where you want to be and are just trying to be healthy and eat healthy, there shouldn't be problem eating those calories.

Not everyone carries it, but Dorthy Lynch Fat Free is great if you like something like a slightly sweeter, lighter french style dressing.
