Pillsbury Toaster Strudel only have about 170 calories with the glaze. Might solve the sweet tooth and the desire for a warm baked good.

They are basically the same thing, Laughing cow just has a few more calories. I think it's 40 for Laughing Cow and 35 for Crystal Farms.

I save a lot of my snack calories until after my evening meal. I'm busy at work, so I don't really think about it. One thing I really try to stick to is no food after 8:00pm or if I'm running late and to eat supper until later, then 9:00pm, but never past 9:00pm.

I'm using Wii Fit Plus right now! It's working out great. I started about 3 weeks ago and have gone from barley being able to do a 30 minute work out to a 75 minute workout tonight, and I could have gone longer!! I don't know of any specific exercises, but I am using the Wii Fit Plus and it has a ton of stuff for balance. In three weeks I have gone from extreme leaning on my right side (I had knee surgery on my left and it's still not right), to being pretty much center mass!

20 pounds IS a lot! Think about it like this, you have removed four 5 pound bags of flour from your body. Helps you picture what you have been carrying around with you! You're doing amazing, keep at it and keep going down! You'll get there. Remember, you and only you are responsible for you!

I have to agree, if it has a label, I always check it against what the database says. If it's wrong, I put in my own entry. If it doesn't have a label and I think the database may be wrong, I'll check a couple other sites to see what they say, and come up with what is most consistent.
