What are you eating tonight - Show us your pictures
I'm eating one of my favorite things, Oven Fried Chicken, Salad with Fat Free Dorthy Lynch Dressing, Green Giant Carrots, Cauliflower and Broccoli in Cheese Sauce and Frank's Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce. Just over 600 calories and it's a lot of food. I also do Shrimp this way, makes a great meal.

New to Fitness Pal and love it
