New members with 100lbs or more to lose

Hey everyone. I've been on here for a little over a month now. I started at 342 lbs, and hadn't done any exercise in years. So far, I've lost 36 pounds and am now working out for about 75 minutes or longer a day. I started a blog to kind of track what I am going thru as I go along, the good, the bad and the ugly. Anyone can friend me, I'm in it for the long haul!
