:happy: Been on here for about a week. Last time I tried something like this I used a homemade spread sheet to log food. And I know keeping track works. It's great that there's an app that syncs my phone with the website, so no excuses for forgetting to post. Good luck all, I'm looking to lose 100!! Anyone can friend me!
