I LOVE LOVE LOVE real ranch dressing...especially when out for dinner so I dont skimp on it, dip the fork and you get the real flavor :love:

If you go with salad get the dressing on the side...then dip your fork into dressing then salad, you save A TON of calories that way!!!

I live leslie sansone walk away the pounds....cardio without a lot of jumping etc. You can start off with 1 mile then increase to the 4 mile when you are ready!

This am I had 1/2 cup egg beaters (surprised how good they were) 3 spears of asparagus, cut up in egg beaters 1 mutli grain sandwich thins toasted 1 wedge laughing cow cheese I spread cheese on sandwich thin then put eggs/aspargus on, like an egg sandwich, it was REALLY good and it was 213 calories if Im counting…

I Have to tell you I got on the scale today, been eating within calories and was up .4 since MOnday and I KNOW thats not a big deal but it discouraged me, so I need to stay off scale and maybe I will add some cardio also, just a simple walk away the pounds dvd or something...not everyday but maybe 3 times a week plus 30 DS…

I was SOOOOOOOOOO sore today but I pushed through and did Day 2...WOOT WOOT!!!! I have to modify the cardio part but I do something to keep my heartrate up Onto day 3...tomorrow, and I think its a snow day!

This is exactly how I do it...and if I have to change thats cool too, I worry Im going to run out of calories, which is so opposite of my old eathing habits...where I just ate... I like to plan ahead that way Im ready and it makes it easier to say no to bad food and yes to the good ones

Hi I have a bad right knee and ANYTIME I go on the treadmill it hurts almost immediately...I use the ellipitical and that doesnt bother it Let it heal then retry the treadmill after you get the OK from the dr good luck and feel better

Good for you for starting it, I also started today, felt like I was going to die by the end my arms feel like jelly my legs feel like they are going to give out under me...I have a Love/Hate relatioship with Jillian!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!
