Whole Wheat Pasta with Gorgonzola Cheese, Walnuts and Arugul

Made a yummy dinner tonight I wanted to share with you guys! It's was SUPER easy and filling!

4 oz. Barilla Whole Grain Rotini
1 TBSP Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
1 TBSP Walnuts pieces
1/2 TSBP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 oz of Roma tomato
2 cups of Dole's Baby Arugula with Spinach salad mix
1 clove of garlic, minced

1. Boil your pasta. When it is almost done, pour your olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Once your oil is heated, throw in your garlic clove. Once it becomes fragrant, throw in your tomatoes.
3. After your tomatoes are heated through, add your salad mix. Stir until wilted.
4. Drain your pasta and add to the pan with the walnuts. Stir until well mixed and then serve in a bowl sprinkled with the cheese on top.

SO GOOD!!!
