Try to get in an additional exercise.... walking or anything will help don't stress one day doesn't matter!! As long as you are down for the week that should be your goal.

I live for coffee in the morning! I am not and refused to cut out my coffee so I just log it and don't care. My favorite is the creme brulee from Bailey's. I'm never giving it up lol. I don't use sugar anymore so that takes it down alot but other than that I like it sweet so more creamer!

I also work as a server. I don't log my work. It's something you already do and you should really just log what you don't normally do. I am doing the t25 program. I log that and occasionally I walk for pleasure. Normally that's at the flea market where I could spend hours lol. Good luck add me if you like!
