Thats a good plan! but i think u should totally skip cardio and just focus on strength. u really were over doing it feeling u out of energy. Just walk your dog for amusement if the weather permits.

No i'm not using scale but use cups to measure. I cook food at home so i know i would not measure the cals upto the mark but would be somewht close. The weight has stabilised since last week so this too gives me some point in accuracy. Thanx for the follow up.

@Firefly0606 you are absolutely right. i know i have not eaten 2000 above maintenance but i was not sure that how much should i wait and watch. after reading some more tdee threads at the em2wl forums i got to know that one should wait 4 to 5 weeks to see the trends if its not leveling out. so i'll give it two more weeks…

@heybales This is such a clear explanation! I got it. This is the reason why ppl eating low cals for most of their life ( like me) increase weight while increasing cals coz the prior has become their tdee. Thanx for elaborating.

@TerezaToledo Yes the workouts were great, also added an extra set for total three sets of 10-12 reps. Mood? Uh? Was this the reason?Even though had to shovel food into my mouth I've been smiling more and less tensed the whole week!!! Early mornings r better with less growling stomach!

Yes i too thought u were not yet at your tdee. If u r not able to handle more food u can lower your workouts to lower your tdee level so that u can catch up with your numbers!

@heybales I read these words 50 times or more! So this means that we should keep eating at maintenance until the weight stabilises and dont lose anymore.
