skinnytaste web site and blog would be my recommendation. One other is to make a breakfast, lunch that fits your tastes and calorie sturcture and eat the same thing every day. Let the food become boring. same ole same ole. Start to think of food as fuel and nothing more. Best to you

look at making the chex mix "dressing" less the butter. 1 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt or butter flavored seasoning. (ie land o lakes) 4 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce I liked it. But take it to work? never tried that.

I have heard of sugar free jello mixes. Personally I use small amounts of the drink mixs for water bottles... ie crystal lite etc
