I was vegan for a long time and plan to go back to it when no longer breastfeeding. It's a wonderful diet that increased my endurance dramatically, however it did not result in weight loss.

Juice fast. Watch fat, sick and nearly dead. It's not the safest, but it sounds like your condition may be dangerous. Definitely do with your doctors supervision.

Nutella was just sued for having the nutritional value of a snickers bar. Almond butter is the healthiest.

From someone who has been on a low carb diet to a vegan diet, a raw diet, etc, and has lost ninety lbs (in the past. Prior to baby number two) I feel the need to stand up for the 'reject'. Veggies and fruits are essential and prevent cancer in addition to just being healthy. There is a point with the cereal, bread comment.…
