I use Crystal Light sugar free packets to add flavors to water... makes it more delicious. Also try to drink a cup of water before and after a meal.

Im on the same boat. I have a few cals left and want to eat a small snack at night but if i do I go over in carbs/fats. I am going over in carbs and fats almost every day!!! :sad:

Hi ladies...another shortie here!!! LOL I'm 5'1" and 135lbs... doesn't look horrible but my ideal weight is 117--119. If i can get to 120 I'd be more happy with myself. My problem area is my abs... and also want to tone my arms; cant wait to feel SexY again!

I heard you should still eat even if you're not hungry. At least every 3 hours to keep your metabolism working. Have a little 100-cal snack if you don't have the appetite.

I'm drinking Slim Fast shakes ..1-2 a day and I really love them! Its the best thing to grab when you dont have time for preparing a meal and want to avoid Fast Food restaurants. Good luck on your diet & let me know if you need a friend to encourage u! :wink:

I'm kind of wondering the same because I'm 5'1" and it suggested eating 1200 cals (I'm burning 300 cals with exercise) but i pushed it up slighthly. Now I'm eating1350 calories and STILL be hungry at night =( I'm exercising 4 days a week for 45 mins. I hope someone can directs us to the right way of setting our calories…
