Soooo simple and so indestructable! Steam whole cauliflower with a dash of salt for 20 minutes. I even get it to a boil, close the lid and take it off the burner to steam the rest of the way. I am not sure I am much help except to say that I am in the same boat. I have exercised - and dropped 20 - I don't - I gain 20. Let's do this one last time together. My mind set is better and I am going to beat those bad cravings with skinny substitutions.

I served it for company and didn't tell the girls and they thought it was pasta. Try Tilapia Piccatta if you like capers. I remember those days. My daughter is 12 now. When they say "watch the baby" they mean watch the baby. Take that child to the park or pool where you will chase them around the whole time - even McDonald's or Chick Fil A play area is good. If you can afford it, a jogging stroller or bike with a baby seat.

Special K has a flatbread sandwich which is very filling and $1. Sausage Cheese & Egg and I think less than 300 calories. Microwaving is the better way to make it.

I remember that I only ate cream of wheat in boot camp and lost 10 lbs. Stay strong. Even the dieter civilians have a booooring diet.

Frozen Tilapia at Walmart is $3 for 6 filets. 100 calories per 4 oz. Great for cheap protien. I also do ham 4oz, wheat wrap, slice of cheese and that is less than 200 calories - I eat that for lunch peanut butter is not the end of the world - just no jelly! apples, celery is much better
