1st Week Gained 2 lbs! Need a Direction
I know that it is not totally unusual to gain weight at first because of muscle turning to fat. But I think I need to tweak my diet. I have been doing high protien and low carbs. Should I go low fat (which I would hate)? Or cut out carbs completely? Or just be more patient? I did have Chinese (shrimp & veg - no rice or…
