1st Week Gained 2 lbs! Need a Direction

I know that it is not totally unusual to gain weight at first because of muscle turning to fat. But I think I need to tweak my diet.
I have been doing high protien and low carbs. Should I go low fat (which I would hate)? Or cut out carbs completely?
Or just be more patient? I did have Chinese (shrimp & veg - no rice or eggroll) - maybe it is water weight?

It definately could be water weight from the food! Definately don't give up! The weight loss journey is definately a roller coaster!!0

It could be the Chinese food. Earlier this week my son wanted to go to lunch and he was driving. Went to the Chinese buffet instead of Subway. Thankfully my weigh-in was 4 days later or I would have had a gain, I'm sure.
What else are you eating? Are you weighing your food? Drinking your water? Exercising? There can be so many variables.
You'll figure this out. Don't get frustrated and give up. Stick to it!
