You're still pretty young, maybe try out the alternatives? but I'm not sure because a lot is with genetics.. I know rapid weight loss causes loose skin. You should aim to lose your next 25 gradually, like 1/2 lb per week. That means it'll be a year to reach your goal weight.. but that'll help prevent getting loose skin. :)…

I have the opposite problem, I work at home, so there are so many temptations! The first week working from home, I gained 5 lbs. eating eating eating. The trick is, out of site out of mind. Dont buy it, and you can't eat it. Have some friends over and have them clear out all the unwanted food. Replace with Almonds,…
