Congrats!! You are amazing!!! I have been struggling with losing my last 15-20 pounds. I keep getting frustrated and end up gaining a few pounds back. Here I am again 13lbs away from my 1st goal. Btw, I think I recognize Rt1 in Fredericksburg:)

I'm around your height and started in November at 190, I'm now 154. All I've been doing is the elliptical at home for 30 minutes daily, Jillian Michaels dvds, and counting calories on here.

Well done. You carry your weight well. I'm almost 5'2" 154 lbs and it shows....everywhere. Thighs, butt, stomach, you name it, it's there.

I do. I usually see a small weight gain or no change in weight the week before. The 1st day I start I automatically shed 2 pounds that I was retaining from the week prior.

I'm 5'2 and before I was pregnant I weighed 130 (small but still curvy) at the time I thought I still needed to lose. Looking pictures of me back then I realized I was tiny & would love to be back at that weight.
