I would like to workout with him, he isn't interested. I'm on my own for now. Yup....I know... it sucks.
-
Wish my gym fed me.. But would they hold it against me later?
-
Fat or thin it should be about what you can do. If you are qualified for the job.

As long as it's in one section it's fine. I look at them for form, and to apply chapstick.

I put on my big girl pants and gave up added sugars. Most of what I drink now is unsweetened also. But I must admit I do have moments where I want a cup of juice.. or a cup of soda. But with how I feel since not drinking all that stuff I'll stick with my tea or water.
-
Yup. Focus on what you are doing now. Which is great given your results so far. The "rolls" you have will go away with further strength training and cardio. Focus on what you eat as well. Makes no sense to have great workouts and poor meal choices. *high five* for your progress.

I feel the same way sometimes, try drinking a little less and stay withing the limits your doctor told you. I found myself actually drinking too much.. Try it out for a few days and keep us posted.

RIGHT HERE! I was set at 1310 for a week or 2. But as time went on I slowly saw that I wasn't at all sticking to that number, especially on my days off. So I gladly went up to where I am now 1470 and am as happy as spongebob squarepants is when jellyfishing.

Fierce!
-
I came across the same findings myself, should that be the case, then who or what can you trust? I rather enter low numbers or none at all then lie to myself about the work I did.
-
Yes, you can. I also believe you will be sticking to your goals because you have done so well so far.
-
I would never wear clothes again with THAT body. I am proud of you!
-
Eat a little more if you are exercising. That's a low daily goal. Your body is going to hold on to fat and other stuff if you don't give it enough food.
-
Yes. You'll be ok. I have the same issue.
-
Kind of general for me, what is it that you are eating?Drinking? How often are you working out? What kind of workouts are you doing?
-
Free weights are nice. It helps you use more muscles, and I feel you work harder trying to keep everything stable.
-
I work out alone. Because of situations like that. I tend to get focused when I workout so I really wouldn't be able to concentrate on punching someone in their face, it would mess up my mojo. Misery likes company.
-
Good job hubby!!
-
I've done it. I've eaten and felt horid about myself and I have cried because of whatever weight I have gained. Don't let one day destroy everything you have worked hard for. As long as you get back up and keep going. Sometimes you trip and fall on your face. Bruises heal. What you learn when you heal will last forever.
-
Strength train, you need to use those ab muscles to get them less "pudgy" looking. I have the same problem.
-
Yogurt with granola. My head tends to spin sometimes too and it just drives me nuts.
-
Ha! That's cute. You can eat the same thing, just vary it a littlle, there is a freezer full of chicken in my house, I just season it differently-sometimes bake it, parmasian, grilled. It makes it easier when you know what you are going to eat, but change is nice. Otherwise I'm sure it would start to feel like the movie…
-
It worked!
-
Then he doen't like you now does he? Then why did he marry you? Wasn't it "for better or worse?"
-
As long as you are having a healthy diet throught your day it's ok and the doctor says you are ok to do so. I just don't like that the more you eat them, the more you run out and then you have to buy yet ANOTHER carton of eggs. My cousin buys them by the crate at a wholesale store. Me, I don't have the space to store them,…
-
Don't feel bad, I'm in the same boat. It doesn't mean that changes aren't happening with your body. Don't depend on the scale to tell you that you are doing a good job.
-
I didn't think it amazing.
-
Good job guys! Your thighs will thank you later.
-
I have problem knees myself, I like yoga. I tend do do most my resistance training on machines, and have just started using free weights.

Walking fast is good. You can go slower on the incline to let your legs do most of the work.
