Yup. You can freeze other fruits (not the melons though) and it will be a nice ice cream like treat.

Leave. He doesn't deserve you. And to answer your question, no.

You need a sweat suit, or a belt to ge better results.

Well we all have our intensity level, I'm sure you are going to be hearing a lot of different answers as time goes by. I just set it to a specific time and focus on that instead of intensity. If you haven't worked out in a long time start out slow and build up. See if you can increase the speed since you need to decrease…

I do alot of squats and walking on the treadmill on an incline, and doing most cardio machines with a higher resistance. Diet is most important however. I feel like my bum feels better since I started watching what I eat. Give it a week or 2 and let us know what you start to feel.

Should have read this sooner as I have just washed my hair with shampoo. :indifferent:

Who are you? And why are we not friends? As for the gym I don't care about anyone else unless they are paying for my membership AND/OR gym clothes.

Awesome. Just awesome.

I suck with all this TDEE talk and BMR. The way I see it a normal day for yourself for example is 1200 with no exercising and when you exercise you burn 600 that has you at 1800 if you eat the 600 you are still at your normal calorie range. You can't run on empty so fuel up to burn it up.

Hi Most of us have been where you are and have felt the same way. It's good that you posted your feelings if to just get them out, venting helps. I've been where you are, and back again. I simply decided "*kitten* it, I can't stand it" made a plan and started working out and making better food choices. It's tiring trying…

Hmmmm... I've been eating alot of the fiber one bars myself, and granola bars... Now the pieces are falling into place lol. Too much of something could actually be counterproductive, try to lessen the amount you are eating and just let your body work naturally. I tend to go when I do loads of ab work during my workouts.…

Focus on healing for now. When you feel up to it start with low impact work outs. Yoga is one of my faves. Make sure you eat well during your healing time to keep you on track. Feel better.

Nonsense. It's hard to comprehend that the world will some how start to make healthy food available everywhere you go and that people will not get at you for not eating that donut or burger. Don't have the mind set of "I can't ever eat that again" because believe it.. you will. Everything in moderation. Except for water.…

Oh boy what fun! I've been busting my butt trying to get at those darn thighs of mine. I have a goal of losing 10lbs, but have started off slow with 5 for now.

You have time. I don't want to read any talk about defeat, you have about 3 months to get back on your grind and WORK WORK WORK. Sit down make a plan and go for it. Seriously write it down. Set a goal date and start today. You don't have to lose all the weight you have planned on MFP for it to be an accomplishment. Trust…

Hi, She should sit back and realize that maybe she should join you instead of trying to sabotage you. Change is hard for someone when they have been stuck in their ways for so long. I think what she actually hates is that you have found the motivation and dedication to change yourself which somehow she can't find. Don't…

If there is a rowing machine where you work out use it. It helps to stregnthen the muscles you need to do both exercises. Pay attention to your posture also.

Everything single serve lol. It tastes so much better when you can eat the WHOLE thing. And single serve packs of cookies and pudding. I have a thing for whipped cream and marshmallows those are low in fat so I usually add them to puddings and cookes.

What is it that you are currently doing for your leg workouts??
-
Get back up, you only fail when you stop trying. Women appreciate men with determination.
-
Yes. Just walk long distances if you aren't able to walk at a fast pace.

I hate the scale. I'm on it once every 2 weeks, all this talk about water retention I guess.

Energy drinks tend to contain just sugar, and caffeine makes your heart race. All that stuff is just bad for you if you just drink it to drink it and don't move enough to work it out of your system. Yes in can affect your weightloss a great deal. Have you tried cutting back more so than you've done already? It took me…

bizeemom, HOW DARE HE?! Who does he think he is to tell you "yeah, you're fat!" and then not help you? *kitten* him. Do you. Be happy. When you are all well and done loosing your 80lbs and MORE throw it in his face. Show him. I myself depend on no one to help me along with my journey, as the only one who will always be…

Your 2 oldest can help you around the house and the youngest. It seems that you do everything by yourlsef, I think that will wear you out. Working out gives you a moment by yourself to clear your head. Take 10 minutes here and 10 minutes there throughout the day.

Hi Detox for me took about 2 weeks - from feeling like " I have to have it NOW" to "I made it throught the day" and "this isn't so bad afterall" It's about 30 days for me and I am comfortable walking right through the cookie isle in the supermarket or anywhere else, and actually prefer yogurts and oatmeal to muffins and…
