I'm on the pill (loestrine) and I was one of those that blamed the pill for the weight gain. What I SHOULD have done was blamed my DIET. I told my doctor who refered me to a nutritionist , who then told me to change my diet. Lol.. So that being said I owe an apology to my pills.

MiO liquid water enhancer. All day, all the time, everyday.

This makes me giggle. I forgot my answer so I will just say Yes.

Nah. They don't satisfy.

I ran 3 miles today. And I walked home. I feel fine Lol. Any other time I would have died at mile 1 or better yet 0.5.. My endurance is incomparable to what it was even a month from now, I feel very proud to know the hard work that I have put into my cardio training is paying off, my legs look and feel awesome too :P

I was recently crowned 5'4 and you know what? I am fine with that, I am always in heels anyway.

True I've never seen a sea monkey

I workout about 2 hours 5 days a week. I feel fine and it works for me; I'm sure others will hate the idea, but to each their own, why not try it for a week or so and see if it works for you? My calorie intake is about 1300/day, I try to not eat back ALL my excersise calories back, I've lost more inches than I have weight,…

Ah yes, the lower belly fat, I am on a mission to rid of it as well, alas it's with diet that the fat goes away. I have seen more results eating a better diet than I have with working out. Planks are my favorite thusfar as with jackknives, I believes it pulls everything in and strengthens your core very nicely.

Great going!

I think back to how out of shape and weak I was before, and it pretty much keeps me going and makes me want to continue forward. I wake up wondering "what can I do today to improve myself?"

I am. Why would I be here if that wasn't the case? This site has actually created a monster, I am so motivated about being active and eating better it surprises even myself. I am on everyday, unless the computer updates then it logs me off, I log everything and also comment on friends posts or forums if need be. Feel free…

Do interval training with cardio, add resistance from time to time during your workout. And yes, it helps you feel the burn while you sweat. I pretty much swear by this now.

Ha I share in the same thought. I feel like people only regret how much they ate or WHAT they ate after all the holidays and come march they need to go to the gym and lose those extra pounds they put on in 2 months, but ask them what they do OUTSIDE the gym? Like a friend once told me "it's what you do out of the gym that…

My vote is for yes.

seafood makes you horny. Or clams or oysters some sea creature.

Same here. I don't get upset really since I know I am working hard to get rid of fat that gives people the reason to even ask that question. Ignorance is dangerous. see the following: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idiocracy

Huh, interesting, I'm better at walking on an incline anyhow. : p Thanks for the article.

This makes sense.

Yes. Although I'm sure stress affects people differently, I gain weight also, even if I workout and eat a better diet. I take a few days to just runaway from it all to de-stress. Yoga helps me, even a long train ride sometimes, something to just distract me from the madness of the world. I'm not worried at all because I…

Oddly enough I also do the same thing 5 sets of squats and then a few sets of lunges, and I agree. The change of stance I think is what makes it harder, I'm strong when I squat but those darn lunges.. they still make me feel weak. Lol.

I get indigestion from greasy foods nowadays, whether home cooked or fast food. I've reduced my consumption of said items, and I've felt better since doing so.
-
Fads don't provide lasting results. Go at it the other way, eat better be active, you'll be better for doing it.
-
People don't like change. Some of them anyway. It's hard for someone to understand why you are making a lifestyle change when to them "you're fine the way you are." It's easy to stay the same. It takes courage, dedication and hard work to change yourself/lifestyle. People will make smart comments regardless of what you do.…

Same here. The last time I had cake I left most the frosting. As long as you continue to workout and eat better otherwise go ahead and have a piece - of GOOD cake.
