Huh... same feelings. I try to just try to eat sugar related items twice a day. If I can limit it at ALL. Everything seems to have sugar. That being said, just pay attention to added sugar, Like cookies and junk like food. I think naturak sugar is ok. As long as you stick to your daily goals. Goodluck!

ENOUGH! Don't weight yourself. I have found that using the tape measure is a better way to see how you are doing. As the scale goes up and down too much. It can drive you up the walls. Put all that attention into your workouts and your eating habits. Don't focus on the scale.

Yes, you are overworking your body. As much as you workout, doing that much activity won't give you results any faster. If anything you may hurt yourself. Sometimes less is more. So chill, I like the P90x Yoga, try THAT and nothing after, maybe a nap?

Give soda water a try, and some water enhancer to it, to give it flavor or lemon. You'll be ok without it though. I don't really miss drinking it myself. I actually prefer water now... weird.

Remember the higher the goal , the harder the work. If you are able to commit to the hard work, then yes it IS possible.

I have some friends and loved one who think i'm a baby and decide to grab my pooch fat and say "you're working out? You still have ways to go!" Don't grab, it's not cute. I HATE it. They try and grab me now and just go "whoa.." Yeah. How do you feel now?

I KNEW I forgot log something.... I started to read nutritional labels and if it's "0" across the board then I don't log it. If it has nutritional value then I log it. There are certain things I'm keeping track of.

I decided to do a few dips one day with out the assistance of the machine and one guy was so surprised. "Most women wouldn't even try it, good job." Made me feel good. Lol.

I'm in the same boat dear. My scale has JUST started to move, this is after days of eating better and gym visits and workouts, not to mention the sweating. It takes time. The longer you wait the better the result, just keep the end result in mind and the wait won't seem so bad.

You'll be ok. Make sure you eat some snacks during the day to keep yourself feeling satisfied. THIS in turn with help you feel less hungry when you have your meals. I think stuffing your face affects your weight loss efforts... just saying..

I agree. You also need to lift weights. Keep the membership and just take FULL advantage of what the gym has to offer by adding more activities to your workout.
