Focus on you diet.

I am going to say it's bad you lost interest, because it means you may be falling of the wagon.. OR if you feel confident enough to where you know what your calorie intake is and you know the food you eat remains along those lines then by all means don't log anymore. You aren't obligated to log all the time, some people…

I'm trying that out at the moment. Whatever I ate before I just cut that portion in half( 1 slice of bread instead of 2 sort of thing) carbs are kind of hard to avoid all together so it's just best to learn how to better live with them.

I am doing as described above, changing my routine to see if I can get better results. Try it. If it doesn't work try again. It's not meant to be easy otherwise we all wouldn't have to work so hard. Keep at it, you are doing it for yourself, yeah I'll say it too - don't give up.
-
This, sounds right.

Same boat here! We share the same body issues and frustrations I'm sure as well. I started taking fitness classes to see if that would bring bigger and better changes to my body. Most the classes provide high intensity training along with strength training so I think it will be a good change to the usual treadmill routine.

No! Don't call it quits! Reevaluate your eating habits and try to change it up, change your workout routines. Change does the body good and it could start moving things in the right direction. Keep up with the no alcohol it seems like a good way to go, and drink up the water. I was in your shoes with that same feeling last…
-
I think you should take a step back and see with which item you have the biggest issue with then start cutting accordingly.
-
Yeah, I do this as well. I also drink a lot of water throughout the day.
-
Yes please. The sooner the better.

Don't pay attention to the scale if you are losing inches. It means you are working hard, slimming and building muscle. The weight will come off - it WILL promise.. until then just keep at it.
-
Yes. So you overate? It's fine you had a good workout besides the bindge. As long as you don't do that often you will be ok. You were honest with yourself and logged it down. Start over tomorrow, and keep up the water.
-
I like having the choice of eating extra. I eat them back, why not? I earned them.
-
Water and tea.
-
See a nutritionist, they will speak to you about what you are doing currently with both your active lifestyle and eating habits. I had the same issue a few months ago and was so frustrated I finally spoke to one and have been seeing and feeling results ever since.
-
The end result motivates me. I always think of how things will go back to where they were BEFORE I started my new found better lifestyle if I stop working out and eating better. It's harder to start over and easier to continue.
-
Sounds good.

I remember where I was when I started tracking my progress on MFP. I remember WHY I started o MFP, and I think about what would happen if I stopped all the hard work that I have done up until now.
-
No. Please don't.
-
Diet.
-
Yup. Though they are good looking.
-
Yeah!! I eat breakfast sometimes. Sometimes I don't. I think the most important meal is the one you eat.
-
There is no need to do all that for a workout, either the body combat class OR the elliptical doing both just seems too much. A longer workout won't mean faster results. Eat more meals(smaller portions of course) drink water and give yourself more time.
-
I'm a better walker anyway.
-
Who would have thought!? I guess that's what happens when you change your eating habits for the better!
-
Are we to assume that you have been doing said workouts for about a month or so? Started tracking the 20th of May; off to a great start I must say, don't rush into things. You are doing what you can and that's all you can do. Give yourself more time.
-
Fruit ninja, Robot Unicorn Attack2, Netflix. Maybe switch to frozen yogurt in the meantime you find something you like?
-
You realize that! Other people not so much. If they aren't mindful of what they eat on a regular day imagine a "special" day? If it's just 1500 cal for all that cake/ice cream/pizza, I would go for it and just work it off later. You just have to be active enough to counterbalance what you eat, to be able to keep yourself…

You look awesome.
