Stick to eating how you are now, working out regularly and you should continue to still lose weight, slow as it may be, you will lose. Don't get frustrated that you aren't losing it right away, the slower you lose the weight the better chances you'll have that it will stay off.

I try to eat better not healthy only because I don't really have the option to buy many "healthy foods" it's going ok for me thus far. I focus more on portion control but I do keep in mind my sodium and sugar intake. I am aware of the calories I consume, but numbers don't really run my world.

Are you sticking to the 6 day a week or so workout? It sounds good to me. Stick to how you have been eating and working out and you will start to see results in a month or so. Don't worry, results are slow yes, but the results are worth the effort. Good luck.

I like knowing that I'm building muscle, even if that means that I gain a little weight. I look good and feel stronger. Awesome.

It takes time. More so to get that lean physique that people are so facinated with. Myself I have the same issue. I know that I stay within my calorie range and workout. As long as you know you are doing your part of working out and eating better the rest will fall into place. Good luck.

I sometimes find myself in the same situation, it shouldn't hurt you if you don't run and eat junk food. The only thing that would worry me is keeping the portion under control and not just gorge myself full of food.

Hi, I weigh myself once a week yes, same time in the morning. I have yet to measure myself though, I did so in february.

I eat smaller portions. I also suffer from the sweet cravings after dinner. I bought a water flavor enhancer to fool my brain into thinking I'm eating something sweet. Do try to not eat sweets ALL the time after EVERY meal just because added sugars are usually the reason why we have extra weight to lose. Given time your…

You'll be ok. Really. Just start over from today and you'll be fine.

Guys! bald or full head of hair?

Walk away from it. I have the same problem... Keep yourself occupied, once you get your head into something else you'll forget about the junkfood. Work on putting treats into your meal plan; if it's one a day or 3 a day. Start out small and have one one day it won't hurt. The more you are around said food the more you will…

Hi, I feel like I can understand where you are coming from. I've had my moments where I have found myself in that battle to get healthy only to go back to my old habits. I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but I feel like I have been running in circles trying to lose weight only to discover I have been doing things…

Put a pair of jeans on and saw the dreaded "muffin top" not cool.... started that day.

This is slowly becoming harder and harder as my legs are fatigued from all these squats.. let's see what the outcome will be when all this is over, day 14 done. Will I be the only one to post a pic of my behind? Is that allowed?? Lol.
-
Um... 30-30-20-25... 105?.. I feel like the burning in my legs made me lose count at one point... day 10 see you tomorrow.

Don't feel bad, i have to same problem. I find myself working REALLY hard for those lower abs. I am also probably sure that bf% has a bit to do with it too - I have a ways to go before it goes down enough where OTHER people notice!

My goodness. This is so beautiful. Most of us never even consider apologizing to our bodies the way you did to yours. I think it's a great way to feel better about yourself and it's an even better way to motivate others to get and stay healthy. A great read to start the day.

Water and greek yogurt should be good. You don't really want to eat anything heavy at that hour. That's just how I feel.
-
Crazy. Don't want to be the one to burst your bubble, but I find that really hard to believe. That really can't be good for you. Be careful.
-
Day 9.. not too bad.
