Wow - you have done so well! I lost 3st with WW too and have maintained using MFP and Fitbit for about 3 years now - still a stubborn few pounds to get to where I want to be though! Add me if you would like some support - my food diary is open to friends so you can keep me accountable! :)

I'm a Mum trying to lose too - add me if you would like some extra support. My kids are a bit older though - really missing the baby stage! xx

UK - but down south. Welcome to MFP. :)

I take my Fitbit off if I'm doing anything other than walking and record it as cardio/strength in MFP - no idea if that's right or not but thought I would double count otherwise...

I've done 17,000 steps with a fitbit MFP adjustment of 800 cals today - am 5'6" and 163. I wear my One clipped to my waist and think it's quite accurate - well I hope so anyway! :o

Wow - so many replies!! Thanks so much everyone - great to know there are others in the UK on this journey! xx

Just realised my original message had a typo (also known as can't convert stones to pounds) - starting weight was nearly 200lbs not 246lbs - sorry! :o

Well done you - I love my Fitbit One - went for a 5 mile walk yesterday to get my steps in! Add me if you'd like some support this year - I'm 38 and losing for my kids too. xx

Thanks both - lets do it!
