i went from a large C to a B cup.. we all lose weight in different places first, but for me.. the boobies went first! and keep going..

birth control has different effects from person to person.. some people gain, some people lose, some people stay the same.

my new favorite 'dessert' is 1/2c of greek yogurt.. mix in 1tbsp of creamy peanut butter, 1tsp brown sugar (or splenda, to taste), some vanilla extract, some cinnamon.. creamy, delicious, LOTS of protein, AMAZING. omg.

lately, i've been adding 1/4cup canned organic pumpkin, 1tsp splenda brown sugar, a little vanilla extract and pumpkin spice/cinnamon/ground cloves (to taste). i top it with either craisins or sliced almonds. AMAZING!

one egg, two egg whites scrambled with 1/2cup beans, shredded carrots, and feta cheese. SO filling!

losing inches still counts! don't get discouraged. i haven't lost a pound in some weeks, but my body is looking thinner. worry about what you look like and how your clothes fit, rather than focusing too much on the number on the scale.

push-ups always get my heart-rate going. weighted shadow boxing should be a good alternative, as well as SWIMMING!(just thought of that mid-sentence, LOL)

your ideas sound YUMMY! food trucks are convenient, to me. it would be awesome to fnd a pretty healthy food-truck. I'm from the NY area, so food trucks are everywhere.. but not so healthy. I'm actually moving down to FL in two weeks.. if there are no food trucks, you should definitely bring the idea to the area!

the sugar we get from fruits is much healthier than the sugar we get from candy.. think of it that way. i eat a lot of fruits, and tend to go over on my sugar goal for the day. i don't sweat it, because i know that fruits benefit my diet in many other ways.

i don't have as much on my plate as you do, but i always make things a contest. how many "good" days can i have? how much longer can i hold out on that piece of chocolate? how many more minutes can i run? a lot of losing weight is a mental thing.. it's pushing yourself, Jedi mind-tricks. LOL

my approach: i weigh myself every few days, and take a mental note, but i only record it when i lose. i try not to weigh myself every single day, because so many things go into your daily weight. (what you ate, what week of the month it is, etc.) weighing myself every day makes me go insane!

if i'm not sure, i "over-estimate", just to cover any extra cals.. if i measure, which means i'm sure.. i don't.

first, patience is the name of the game when you're trying to lose weight. fast weight-loss means gaining it back just as fast. it's GREAT that you feel fuller on healthy foods :) you can eat a LOT more when you eat healthy. i used to have a hard time eating enough, too.. especially after exercising. i started to add more…

start with power walking, running for one minute every 4 minutes. everyone is at the gym to improve their fitness.. we all have different starting points, don't feel discouraged. :)

doing high resistence on the elliptical seems to be toning and slimming my legs. lunges are great, too.

yes, yes i am! i feel and look thinner, but i seem to be dancing between 151 and 154. :( don't get discouraged! what matters most is feeling better in your clothes!

LOL!! i used to get that ALL the time when she was on American Idol. I actually worked as her Stand-In on her music video for "Tattoo".. we were the same size & everything. She's done an awesome job at losing weight recently, total inspiration!

YUP!! i'm 5'8", sometimes a little over. LOL. my goal-weight is 140, but i'm focusing on the way my body looks rather than the scale. again, THANK YOU for all the support and feed-back. i really appreciate it. it's lifted my spirits tonight beyond belief!

my dinner usually depends on how much i burn at the gym before* dinner. i aim for 400-ish. (i burn about 600-800cals a day)

i want to get one! i don't have one yet, but I want to get into making sauces to go over pastas, chicken, and fish.

for my iPhone users.. seriously, get Nike Training Camp for your phone. It's amazing. 15-minute strength workouts.. VERY effective. it's made my workout that much more beneficial. i noticed differences in my body with only one week of doing 1 or 2 workouts a day, plus regular cardio.
