  • I love spicy food, so..i love grilled chicken with just some salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. i also use Goya Adobo.. it's pretty salty, so you don't need any extra salt. I've marinated chicken in honey & spicy brown mustard, Franks Red Hot sauce, or Kraft italian vinaigrette dressing before, too. all yummy.

  • thick, creamy, tangy.. i always had some kind of sweetener to it to take the bite off the tang. i also like adding a tbsp of peanut butter to it, it's like dessert! otherwise, i have it in smoothies or topped with fruit and nuts or granola.

  • i used Lean 25 from GNC, vanilla flavor.. smoothie ideas: any/all frozen fruit, greek yogurt, almond milk, sweetener. you can also add baby spinach for added nutrients - it doesn't add any taste, really.. it just turns the smoothie a funny color.
