A lot of cars come with seats that adjust in height in addition to forward/backward, in addition you could look for something with a telescoping steering wheel that can adjust it down so it interferes less w/your line of sight.

get a board to help you w/your kick and then swim w/o kicking to improve your stroke. And if you want it to be less solitary, I would also suggest some type of aquatic aerobics. And I'm not sure if this would be considered low impact or not, but perhaps rowing w/a crew?

For lowest calorie intake, you have to stick to hard liquor....NO DIET SODA (that stuff is crap that you should eradicate from your life!), use club soda for a mixer and fresh lemon/lime.

Five days isn't enough time to expect "big" changes. Measuring yourself vs your husband doesn't make any sense, given the differences you will have in metabolism, body make-up, age, gender, etc... And you are WAY under-eating.

I was diagnosed w/adult-onset asthma a couple years ago and put on daily meds for it, which I wasn't very excited about. I have noticed that there has definitely been an improvement since starting the paleo. I don't use my inhaler daily...only sometimes before exercise.
