It's more than I expected - even though I cranked up my gym time significantly this past week, I went over my calorie count once or twice (but my goal is 1200/day, and on the days without exercise calories to burn, life can get hungry). • Well done! Way to stick with it through all those changes!
  • So far, so good... I take one day "off" of the program - no tracking calories or anything - which helps me to stick with it on the days I don't feel like eating well/going to the gym. Weighing in once/week on Saturdays, and I'm down another pound this past week. Stick with it, everyone -- this is an achievable goal!
