You can treat it very much like a normal flowery potato (eg Maris Piper) except it cooks quicker. It does have a sweeter taste that for me means that I do not want to eat as much. Great in their jacket and mashed.

You can connect the Garmin Vivofit to a Garmin HRM, then it can do both. :)

I got something similar yesterday using MapMyFitness, which told me 700 cals for 90 mins walk. I trust my Garmin Vivofit analysis a lot more. It was nice to have the GPS log of where I had been, but its not worth the way it screws up my MFP calculations. I would suggest getting a proper pedometer (Garmin, Fitbit, etc), but…

You had me thinking there. For some reason that I cant remember I've always put 125g and seeing your post made me think. After weighing an apple 168g then coring it, it came down to 130g. I must have done this before but couldn't remember how I got the answer.

Garmin Connect name is the same as on here.

Personally I've never lost weight while drinking diet soda's, and that is all I've ever drunk as I find the full fat versions too sweet. What works for me is keeping a little tub of sliced lemon with me that I use in both hot and cold drinks. Each too their own though.

Great thanks. Found it on Amazon :)

"looked like a beginners course to P90X" Can I ask where you got this from as I would be interested? Like you I found P90x too difficult.

Not sexy IMO. But if you do intend to go smooth, make sure you do it right and keep it up. Stubble is even worse than hairy.

Try this Fresh mackerel with roasted rhubarb http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/freshmackerelwithroa_92281 but substitute the sugar with honey. Delicious.
