  • I am currently getting measured for a brides maid dress when they measured me they asked me to bend, over or lean to one side. Where the crease is is where your waist iskind ajust below your ribs :) Hope this helps :)

When we go through losses and stresses we tend to bulk up or lose .....its called the fight or flight ....Calm your mind and think how beautiful you are and your stresses will diminish and so will your weight ...
