you also have the option to manually set your calorie goals go here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals then enter the number of cals you want to hit everyday somewhere between 1500 - 1800 should work nicely when setting manual goals, you have to remember to recalculate your numbers after every 10-15 lbs losses
