it really boils down to how big a deficit you are carrying large deficit and it wont matter, you'll still lose small deficit and you could find yourself eating at maintenance without knowing it that's why folks only like to eat back 50-70% of exercise cals, if that

a good reason to know your TDEE is when you want to take a day off from eating at a deficit, that way you know how many calories to hit on your off day, most people will just call it eating at maintenance keep in mind that as you start to weigh less and continue to exercise the same, your TDEE will get smaller so its a…

hiya newbie, it all boils down to Mental fortitude the reason you've quit in the past so quickly and might do so again is because you just didn't want it bad enough. It's easy to quit something you're not passionate about. once you get into the right mindset, then you'll have the ability to go at it for the long haul it's…

if you really want to know and can afford it, try getting a bod pod fat testing. that is where they submerge you under water to measure how much of your current weight is body fat. i personally wouldn't pay for a bod pod test because I'm not going to gain that much value knowing my exact bf%, though when i was in college i…

100 - 31 = 69 100 - 20 = 80 69 / 80 = 0.8625 189 lbs x 0.8625 = 163 lbs at 20% BF yup, the math is right. what may not be right is your current BF% try getting your BF% tested with body calipers

first thing you should do is come to grips that it doesnt matter how long it takes to lose the weight. You definitely didn't put on the weight that quick, so it's not going to come off that quick either. eat foods that will keep you full, eat at a moderate deficit, don't stuff yourself. don't starve yourself, drink plenty…

oops, i didnt realize you were making the cake. create recipe, include all ingredients. weigh your empty container before baking cake. when done, weigh entire cake and subtract the container weight. Now you have the weight of your cake. Next, divide total weight of cake by 8 (Eight is a good number to cut a cake into…

ah yes, something im good at. look at the label, it will usually state serving size in grams as well. then use a food scale to weight out your piece. next i like to re-enter the item into the database and put a letter g at the end of the description in order to know that's the one i created, next enter the serving size in…
